3. Prices and Payments
All prices shown include VAT (where applicable).
Payment must be received in full before production or dispatch.

4. Orders and Artwork Approval
Orders for customised garments (embroidered or printed) require artwork approval before production.
Once artwork has been approved, no changes or cancellations can be made.
All logo files should be supplied in high resolution; we are not responsible for errors arising from low-quality artwork.
We will always match colours as closely as possible, but exact Pantone colour matching is not guaranteed unless arranged in writing.
5. Turnaround Times and Delivery
Typical turnaround time is 7–10 working days after artwork approval and payment.
Delivery times may vary based on workload, stock availability, or courier delays.
We are not liable for any losses resulting from delayed deliveries.

6. Returns and Refunds
Our Refunds & Returns Policy applies to all purchases.
In summary:
Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days (unused and in original packaging).
Customised garments cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty or incorrect.
Faulty items must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

7. Cancellations
Orders for plain garments may be cancelled prior to dispatch.
Customised orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7 working days.

Delays in delivery beyond our control.
Minor deviations in colour, size, or material.
