Returns & Refunds Policy
At Get Uniformed Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Please read our returns policy carefully, as customised and non-customised items are treated differently.
1. Non-Personalised Items
If you’ve ordered plain (non-embroidered or non-printed) items, you may return them for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
Conditions:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Returns must include the original order number or invoice.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 working days.
2. Personalised or Customised Items
Because personalised items (such as embroidered or printed garments) are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless:
The item is faulty, or
The product does not match the approved artwork or order description.
Please double-check all logo artwork, spellings, and sizes before confirming your order.
If a personalised item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
3. Faulty or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@GetUniformed.co.uk within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund and cover the return postage.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a plain item for a different size or colour, please contact us within 14 days.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the exchange is due to our error.
5. Cancellations
Orders for plain items may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
Orders for customised garments cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Photo evidence (if faulty or damaged)
Once approved, you’ll receive the return address and instructions.
Please ensure the parcel is securely packaged and sent using a tracked service.
